Contacts

This site is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, approve release, post bond, pull official records, correct a jail roster, schedule visits, or answer case-specific legal questions. The contacts below route Lincoln County, Minnesota jail, court, prison, and federal custody questions to the offices and official tools that control those records.

Do not send bond money, legal filings, medical details, or confidential case information to this private site. Use the sheriff, court, DOC, or federal agency that controls the record or custody status.

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Department is the local contact for current jail custody, the Lincoln County Jail roster, booking records, jail visiting rules, mail questions, money-deposit questions, and sheriff-held law-enforcement records. Sheriff Bob Bushman is listed on the official county page.

Where to Look

Use the right system for the custody type. The county roster covers current jail custody. MCRO covers district court case records. MNDOC covers sentenced prison custody and supervision. BOP and ICE cover federal and immigration custody.

Public Data Requests

No dedicated Lincoln County Sheriff's records request form was located in the research sources. For sheriff-held booking, jail, incident, or law-enforcement records, make a focused request under Minnesota Statutes 13.03 and include the person's name, arrest or booking date, record type, and preferred delivery method. Court records should be requested from Court Administration, not the sheriff.
